So it's been hard and when it is winter, I'm not in the mood for salad and cold food. I wants stews and everything fatty :(I knew that I gained weight but from today it is back to normal and healthy. I will also try to exercise again, but the main focus is back to healthy eating now. Good luck to all and may it be a good week

Everything is that much harder in winter- from waking up to exercise to eating healthy.Soups are also nice (relatively low in calories and can be super filling)...try searching for some healthy, low calorie, warm and filling recipes on YouTube and pinterest. Wishing you all the best:-)
