Oh dear. Weight is up a bit. Comfort eating after separating from my partner 3 weeks ago:-(
111 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 11,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 21 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Ganando 0,1 kg a la Semana

Im sorry to hear that Wendy - I hope you are ok. Comfort eating is a coping strategy that some people employ (I am one of those people) - and while it helps in the short term, it really makes us feel like crap in the long term. I am a serial comfort eater so I know all about it. I comfort ate for a year when my husband had an accident, severely damaging his right arm and was unable to work for a year (and he was at home every day). I put on 20 kgs and now I am trying to get back on track. We are all here to support you - good luck - you can do it. :)
