Weighed in around 186. Yesterday walked about 4 hours and consumed less than 500 cal without being hungry. My weight is slowly coming off, but it seems to be ever so slowly even with a few days of intermittent fasting each week. Need to be patient. I am on the right track once again and hope that I can stay on it.
