Diario de Ieksie, 14 abr. 16

Not bad... Considering last night's dinner was a bust & did not go as planned. When I wanted to cook my Brussels sprouts I found plant lice on them... Can you imagine my disgust, as they were still alive!! #shocked #eeeeuuuwww, which resulted in us having toasted sarmies for dinner, even though it was supposed to be a fast day!

I also didn't go to Crossfit this morning, my mojo is gone again!! I WANT IT BACK!!!

Be relentless!!!

Ewwww I hate when that happens! We bought brocolli from Foodlover's Market and when it came time to prepare it we found a worm in it. I told my sister it's just extra protein :D lol.

It's going great, I've been doing it since September 2014, but 2015 was more off than on, for which I'm really sad, because I was doing soooo great, and now I'm basically a beginner again. But this year I will do better & get myself back to the level of fitness I had before! And for you? @trevor Hattingh
