I am so overjoyed. This has been a long journey for me. I am not sure when I last weighed 150 pounds. What a blessing! For the most part, I've always loved my body. Now, I embrace it! I want to do this for the rest of my life. I want to know what true hunger feels like. I want to feel satisfied with a minimal amount of food. I want to enjoy food, but not find comfort in it.
I've had a little meat since doing the cleanse, but nothing over the top. I can do anything I put my mind to. This is worth it! Now I just need to learn to be on time and not procrastinate!
