Up three pounds this week.....Back to where I stayed most of the summer.
Is this my comfort zone?
Am I sabotaging myself?
Am I ready to give up?
Can I continue with this woe?
Yes to all the above!

I won't give up!!I will continue to try and eat right and let the weight rise and fall as it may.Stress plays a major role in my life and I am trying to deal with it without getting depressed.

Ask yourself why you are trying to sabatoging yourself. Why are you ready to give up on yourself and what you want in life? Would you give up on your children, your husband, your friends? Probably not. You probably work very hard at helping those around you. You would never dream of sabatoging what others want in life, why would you do this to yourself. Do you feel overwhelmed? Do you feel stressed out? Do you know what you really want and need in your weight loss journey. You can do it. You will succeed in the new WOE you chose for your life. You are strong. You are important. Your needs and wants matter.

We know you aren't ready to give up or you wouldn't be here to post this. So take the steps you need to and get back on track. You know how to do this.

Staying on track is hard, but I think we are harder on ourselves than anybody else ever could be. Especially when the scale goes up, but it WILL come back down. I am glad Buffy directed you to Sandy's journal! You are not alone! You do deserve your WOE! Hope your stress level comes down to normal soon!
