Feeling good, staying on track....was hoping the scale would give me a "whoosh" because I feel the loss in my body, but the scale isn't showing it. I'm always afraid to increase my fat, but I will try today and see if I can get it to move. I feel fantastic, better than ever, and the bone broth not only keeps my electrolytes in check, it's collagen and gelatin it's healing my torn ankle tendons. (High 5 bone broth!)
135,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 8,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 44,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
