On a real plateau for a long time ( 6 months)and had days/weeks where it was hard to stay on my plan because of travel and other circumstances.
The past month have been able to do that more closely and have lost more weight.
Will be able to keep a steady meal/eating plan the next few months and plan to lose 20 lbs.
78,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 8,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.
