Wow if I had to 'eat' 50/60 gm of protein every morning in the first half hour of rising, I could not do the Leptin diet. That really was the reason I could not continue to do the Atkins diet, too much food to eat. Thank goodness my netrition order is due today. Yea powdered protein!!!!
