Whew! I'm glad to see that the scale was my friend this morning. I'm glad that I swapped my diet around back to keto. I got a lot of exercise yesterday when I had to cover someone else's shift at work - a lot more standing and reaching on that job than my regular cashiering job. All in all, a good end of the first week of the challenge.
106,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 24,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

You go girl! Been there, done that! I've now decided that I AM going to keep it off so my woe (way of eating) has changed for the good and the LAST TIME. Even though I've finally reached my goal I'm not backing down. I'm OFF of SUGAR and HIGH CARB foods for good! Occasionally I treat myself but ONLY occasionally.....otherwise I have learned that FOOD is NOT how I'm spending the rest of my life, its going to be LIFE with some food thrown in there! And I'm doing it MY way, which includes splenda, diet pop and lots and lots of water, seeds, salads and decent meat WITHOUT the taters and stuff! lol love me some bread. And I know you CAN DO IT ALSO. Just stick to your guns and don't worry about a little bump in the road, just keep plowing through!
