Diario de D1srupta, 13 mar. 16

Woke up to an amazing weight drop after eating heavily yesterday in an attempt to confuse my system. I would like to say that was what did it, but really it was from me staying up late and then sleeping in before weighing in. There is around 8 hours of fasting on top of the normal 12-10 hour fast I normally experience over night. (Not eating four hours before bed and sleeping for 8 hours).

Still! I do not mind the results. I expect it to jump up tomorrow at least a pound or two especially since tonight there won't be such a long fast before that weigh in. I think I'll wait until Tuesday to weigh in again so it might be more stabilized.

On a side note, I am extremely hungry and desperately want something that is chock full of carbs. These advertisements on these websites are so tempting ._.;.
