Yeah! Thanx to you BBO!!!! I still can't believe it!!! And it's also sustainable, seeing that you don't really deprive yourself of calories on the non-fasting days!!!

And you don't have to deprive yourself of any kinds of foods either but within reason offcourse! lol.

Nice:) ok so Im new to the fasting diet can anyone please tell me how it works? myself basicaly just cut out dairy and carbs...

Noble884 its really simple. There's a few variations to it. One is known as the 5:2 Fast Diet(read up on www.thefastdiet.co.uk). Basically you fast on two non-consecutive days in a week by keeping those days at a maximum of 500 calories(600 calories for men). That's it!!! The more advanced form of it is to do fast days with no food but that's at later stages. On Fast days you must choose to eat foods that are low calorie but high in volume like cabbage, butternut, brinjal, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, etc. You can literally eat a ton of food and stay at 500 calories. Read my journal. I documented my experience from the start and has loads of tips :)
