Crappy Holidays, from 161 to 167. UGH well thats only pigging out one week. Sort of feel better that I don't eat like that ALL the time so it kinda makes up for it. Well back to NORMAL portions and HEALTHY choices. Here's looking at lookin hot! UGH but due to start anytime this week so this will suck with bloating and water retention. BTW Going to the ball this Saturday, got a georgous red ball gown instead of the gold dress. The red one will be much warmer during this cold cold cold time of the year.
