Not sure what a stall day is but it's normal to stay the same for a few days or even a week before the scale moves again. We all lose at different rates and rate of loss is based on many factors including type of food eaten, activity levels, age, sex, genetics, muscle to fat ratio, etc. I know one woman who stayed the same for two weeks and then had a big drop and lost in cycles. Just stay on your plan and exercise and it should keep going down. Good luck!
