Diario de foodfight-nomore, 19 feb. 16

I am glad to be back to my new low....a little disappointed to only have lost 1kg this month….but it is still going in the right direction so can’t really complain.

I am away next week and doing all things none stressful…..walking on the beach…..lying in…..not recording calories (I always find this stressful when I don’t eat my own food and get a bit obsessive with it)…..going for a spa day…..so hopefully there won’t be too much damage when I get back….but will be straight back on track on the 29th and here’s to a good loss in March!!!!!

Has anyone ever gone for a swim in the sea in winter....was thinking of giving it a try....hubby thinks he will die....lol
