Lot's of water after my 6 mile run yesterday. I think my weigh in from yesterday was my body completely emptied (water, waste, etc). I chugged around 40 oz of water, then had a green ninja smoothie, and two salads with chicken. I ate good, so the red arrow is not really a concern. Still going in the right direction overall!!
73,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 14,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 3,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
