This is great! However, I wanted to dedicate a moment to the F-bombs here and there, sneaking around in your posts and stealing attention. I want to read your posts and keep up with you as a buddy but all the language--honestly it leaps off the page and for some reason makes me feel some aggression. I'm not judging you because I drop one here or there myself, but somehow in this context it seems a bit unecessary. I used to swear a lot (I mean, come on--I'm from the Pacific Northwest and worked at Microsoft for 10 years) but last year I married a guy from Mexico City who has mastered English, but it is his second language. He helped me to see that a lot of deep and inadvertent swearing was actually taking focus off my thinking and my rhetoric. Anyway, you're clearly a bright person and I hope this doesn't come across as preachy. Again, well done on the weight loss!
