After plenty of health issues and health tests, I am back taking care of myself. Over Christmas time I spoke to my cousin who suggested me to switch to paleo diet. At the beginning I was skeptical about it, but after reading the book I realized paleo is very similar to the diet I followed a few years ago and that made me feel so much better. At the moment I am transitioning, meaning that I won't follow 100% paleo, every week I will stop eating one of the food not allowed by this diet. I already stopped eating pasta, potatoes and rice. I'm still drinking milk and eating fresh cheese. I'm still using flour to cook, I want to slowly replace that with almonds. My aim is getting my energy back and also loosing weight.
I want to stay focused and stay on track!!
