As of Thursday, I started back on my slimfast diet. It seems to have beaten the plateau I was on while I tried the weight watchers diet. I seem to have found something that actually works. While on the weight watchers food and getting started on this I was somewhere between 275 and 278. On wednesday I weighed myself and I was 277. I know its a radical weight cut in just under 2 days to drop 8 pounds but I had to be kinda radical to jumpstart myself again. My new unstated goal is to cut down to 220 by the start of my next baseball season. I don't try to lose in the summer because baseball takes up more energy than I can put out on this cut routine. (I hate calling it a diet so I call it a cut routine meh I'm a guy and a little weird about this.) So yeah that's where I am right now.
