So, it is jan 1st 2016. For this year I AM GONNA LOSE WEIGHT. I'm tired of trying and failing then giving up. This year, even if i fall off the wagon, I am gonna get back up and on. My goal is just 5 pounds a month till dec 1st. i wanna lose up to 60 pounds. I CAN do this!!
