Home from holiday. Now it begins. Heaviest I can remember being. Got through all my holidays - had a nice time but now its time to focus on getting me back to me. Went for a run this morning - taking my measurements today and really going to do this.

Sounds like you have a action plan set and ready to run. :) Good job you are off to a great start and keeping this attitude will keep you on the fast track to loosing the weight gained over the holidays and then some. Keep going. Let 2016 see the dust you can kick up with those sneakers. You can DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
