The usual Christmas over indulgence. Not going to beat myself up over it but have to put an end to it pronto. Sugar addiction has elevated to insane levels. Must have eaten 2000 calories of chocolate a day for the last 3 days. Had actually lost 1.5 kg in the weeks up to Christmas so at least that's buffered the impact slightly. Have put on 2.3 kg over Christmas, not the end of the world. A couple of weeks of solid gym work and dieting will take care of it.
