You're way too hard on yourself anyone who's lost 30 pounds has already seen a lot of progress on the scale one thing I would like to suggest because I didn't do it is grab yourself a tape measure do neck waist hips because a lot of times your body starts doing rearranging signs of progress they don't necessarily show on the scales

yes Blkbear that's where the progress is happening for me ,, I can see it in the mirror and feel it in my cloths ,, definitely for sure !! Thanks for the reminder .

Heart, mind and soul coming together and getting stronger is more important than any old silly number the "idiot box" spits out as you can tell by the way your clothes are fitting! Excellant job :D
