Good job on your weight loss Selina! 

Good job on the loss! I'm hoping for the same results tomorrow! I was going to do a takeoff today and tomorrow, but the lady at the center told me that my body was still getting used to being on the new program, and that I should give it another week. Next week though, I'm doing one. If anything, it will be two days that I don't eat a ton, like it seems like I eat on this new plan.. 

I know what you mean, we all just have to realize that if we do not stick to the program 100 percent, the weight is not going to come off. We can do it, keep up the good work
