been a while since i updated on here ... its been almost 2 years since i had wls (vsg) my highest weight was 397 when i began my journey to wls i was 372 today i weigh in at 199.4 its been a struggle ... everyone says its the easy way out to get surgery but in reality its not .... its only tool and you have to continue to do the rest on your own after a year from surgery i was struggling and i put back on 20 lbs but with monitoring what ive been eating ive dropped the 20 and have finally reached "ONEderland" anything is possible if you just believe :)
