I am so ashamed. I completely fell off the wagon because of emotional baggage. Why is it that we are so addicted to food, the very kind of food that is so toxic? I need to learn better coping skills.
118,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 11,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 10,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Yeah, it's strange how we use food as a tranquilizer sometimes (It's the worst thing you can do, but it happens to all of us. It seems we are food addicts after all). Just climb back on board and in a couple of days of strong will-power you will be lower than before.

Hey, don't be so hard on yourself, look how far you've come! You're doing great and food gives us solace when things are bleak in our lives. If you fall off the wagon once in a while, you'll just get back on and keep on truckin'. No harm done. Hang in there buddy. Besides, you've already recognized that you need better coping skills so that's a step in the right direction, right? Just grab yourself up, dust yourself off and start all over again. Thank you very much, it's been a hard week for me and it's starting to get a better now. I find coming here tonight and just looking at my profile and reading peoples post such a positive environment and find it motivating.

I don't know, but it looks like you are certainly on a downward spiral weight wize-In spite of your anxieties and 'emotional' baggage. Perhaps you handle them better than you think you do. When your emotiones overcome you, try to slow down and be by yourself for a few minutes, meditating - by deep breathing and shutting out all thoughts to get yourself into a calm state..........

Keep your head up! Five lbs. is nothing. You can have it off in no time. You have down so well the last couple months. You should be very proud of yourself. We've missed you on here so come on back!! Sometimes taking a break is great for jumpstarting your weight loss too. And I agree, reading other peoples journals is so encouraging. That is what gets me out and walking when I would much rather sit on my butt all day.
