Today I biked for about 1.5 hours and also hiked/walked for another 1.5 hours. I weighted in this evening before dinner. My weight was taken at the hot spring so I may had perspired quite a bit in the sauna and hot pools. I was surprised that I passed my goal which was 185 by the end of December. I weighted in at 184.5. I guess I have to set my next goal for December 31 which will be 179 if I can keep control during the festive season. THat will be a tough one. Luckily I am in Tokyo and people just don't bring stuff to work during December as it is not a big holiday. Even for their big holiday which is the New Year they eat lots of sushi and many other healthy foods. Not sure how I would fare in my hometown. Too much temptation.
