Induction IS a wonderful thing! It is so fun to find out how our bodies work and how they are different from others. I guess we ARE carb sensitive and we have come upon the magic formula for us! Yea us!! 

Fantastic!! Doesn't it feel good? I know that I do not tolerate carbs well, even the healthier ones found in fruits, vegies, whole grains, etc. And - I've found they don't satisfy like protien and oils. I switch to WW every once in a while because I can't stand not having fruit sometimes. When I do, I am prepared to lose nothong or almost nothing. Keep up the good work! 

You are doing soooo great girl, I hope you keep up this string of great weight loss! You are going to be reaching your goal real soon and I am so happy for you!
