May I offer some advise...you must driiiiiink lots of water....8to10glasses.....no soda with cals. Eat oatmeal for breakfast...not McD's....and cut about 500 cals out of your current RDI. Eat 4 meals...small fist size portions. Cook your own meals. Not package food...you will be on your way...I promise this will get you off your roller coaster...
