Things are going slowly but steadily in the right direction--downwards. I am not doing the intermittent fasting so religiously along with the excessive exercising as in the past and yet I am continuing to lose weight in a very sensible manner. The main part of my weight loss philosophy is to focus on what I part into my mouth and how much and the exercise has now taken a secondary role. I also find recording my food intake is also very helpful as it makes me much more aware of how many calories I am eating.
