Halloween killed me. One reason I am an obese person is because I love chocolate especially snickers bars. If they could make diet food taste like a snickers bar or anything milk chocolate I would be a skinny person. Oh well they are all gone now and its back on the wagon for me. I do fine as long as the stuff isn't in my house and work to tempt me when I am stressed or bored or both. Its getting colder here so I guess my walking will have to start to be inside now.
