So I haven't weighed in since I started because I don't want to be disappointed so I'm going to make a commitment to weigh in every other sunday. And mayb e that will tell me which diet works best. I was reading an article about a chiropractor who lost more than half his weight by working out for 3 or 4 hrs at a time in the gym. I wish I had that much time to do that lol
