Weight is holding stable and I am still not sleeping very well -- hopefully this weekend will provide a bit of relief from stress. I was late for my workout this morning but made it through it without issues. Fortunately I didn’t have any morning meetings and it was okay to get to work a bit late.

Hi B, Atkins always causes me to sleep worse - I have trouble falling asleep and also waking up in the middle of the night. Just goes along with a good level of ketosis for me. Have you tried Melatonin to help with sleep?
