Well, here I am again! I have been overeating with all the bad foods. My husband passed away Oct. 6 after being sick for the last three months. I know that he is no longer in pain or suffering and is with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He so wanted me to lose weight and be able to be more active. I can't do this on my own. Please pray for me.

Just prayed for you. You are strong, you can do this. Don't forget God is always at you side. Give it to all Him and let him take your worries, frustrations and sadness. Just don't give up or beat yourself up too much. Most of us here have been on this journey a long time with lots of ups and downs, you just have to keep giving it chance. It's not easy at anytime, let alone when you've had such a recent heartbreak. But you can do it.

Prayers to you. When my mom passed away I felt the same concerning weight loss. She wanted me to lose the weight. All we can do is keep trying one day at a time. It's been a journey for me but by seeing all your comments you have a great support system with lots of people rooting for you. I really like one of your comments that said when we slip shake it off and try again.
