Diario de Teddy, 14 oct. 15

I had a three day weekend of climbing and hiking. I ate much more than I have been recently but my activity level was through the roof and I needed the energy.

I am just below my target weight, so now my big focus is on maintaining this weight while building strength, especially for climbing.

72,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Perdiendo 0,4 kg a la Semana
