Good attitude to have! I'll agree 100% :)  

Doctor's office called. I'm under doctor's orders to eat some ice cream and hot soup. She did say low sugar ice cream but that's not what I have in the house right now. The hot and the cold will help the pain more than anything else I'm doing right now. I guess this is a free food day today. I'll continue my WOE after the pain stops, I'll try tomorrow morning until the pains gets really bad and if it doesn't my normal WOE will already be started for the day. It's only the 2nd time a doc has told me to eat ice cream. The first time was for tonsil removal at age 18. I didn't eat it then though. My ears don't hurt as much since I ate some a little while ago. My scheduled day for the month will still be the same I guess. Halloscream is planned for the 16th with a few other people. Hubby and son will be joining us but they will have to take off on their own. It's girls night! Hubby can be the DD (designated driver) for us. :)  

Hope the pain stops soon, and glad you are looking forward to your girls' night 😀
