GRRR...I hate this plateau. I really exercised a lot, but on the flipside I did have a work party on Wednesday and have not eaten AS WELL as I should have.
I guess I should just be happy if I get through the holidays on this plateau and then get back to the strict dieting. I don't want to spend the holidays with my WW calculator and deny myself the foods I only get to enjoy this time of year.
