This weekend included both more running and more deviation from the diet in terms of both food and beverages. However, I still stayed close to the targets, and I am close to where I was last weigh-in. If I can assume that today will be a good day for both food and exercise, I think I will see some progress by Friday.

74,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 1,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
