Hmmm.. This was rather unexpected. An additional 2 lbs loss today. I did drink 2 glasses of wine last night and maybe oh 7 to 8 cups of coffee (darn those venti size starbucks coffee) so this is possibly from water loss. Won't be excited until tomorrow if it maintains.

116,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 14,5 kg. Aún para ir: 7,3 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

I know how you feel. Sometimes when I think I've been so good and strict the scale doesn't reflect it...but when I have the wine or a little extra bite of something, then it shows I've lost! Go figure..keep up your downward trend!

Hey I would take 2lbs of water weight loss any day!!!! And I love the starbucks coffe I wish I had one closer to me
