Hi you, sorry for not answerring immediately i dont log in that regularly. Yea it's going really well I'm happy with my progress :D how about you! 

well started at 196 on the 6 aug 3 weeks later 184 so not to bad, I am really grafting at the moment I want another one of those 7lbs in a week, got to get my body looking good for mexico in 31 days time LOL (I wish)
