BS 107 I'm off the monjaro and I have been going out to eat more. That's Okay because Friday I am having back surgery and will be out of commission for a while. Afterwards I will go back on my meds. My next surgery will be to get rid of the flabby arms. It bothers me so much, but that's in the future.
