very active week, looked very closely at what I was eating, dropped bread for a while, cut out snacking and grazing, just have a healthy snack in the morning and one in the afternoon. Delayed breakfast by an hour which in turns brings my eating times in line with my working hours which makes life a bit easier. Try to do something very active on every work day
