Back in the saddle again. I didn't record it but I had gotten down to around 150 pounds about a month or so ago, only to gain the ten back. I am optimistic going at it again, knowing that I was able to do it and how I did it. :)

My calorie count was low, so I ordered Pizza Hut. I couldn't seem to find skinny pizza on here so opted for the closest thing I could find to record. Same goes for the salad - and I couldn't eat more than a cup; if that. NEVER AGAIN! So salty!! If my mouth could but cry. It was like a crispy chicken ceasar salad I think. I had one slice of the skinny veggie, - no cheese and meat, but double the veggies and a bread stick with ranch. Silly me felt so hungry still after the disappointment of the salad, that I ate four of the apple pies instead of one. Now, why on earth didn't I just grab another slice of the skinny pizza? Oh, of course, because the pie tastes so friggen delicious. Going for a two hourish walk tonight and follow up thereafter some time with a thirty minute work out with Hip Hop Abs. After this debacle a good butt kickn should do, then back at a better day tomorrow hopefully.
