pleased with my efforts this week on a 500 cal deficit for about a month not much movement with weight then boom 1k in a week have been doing weights x3 per week and x2 45 minute cardios so just keep on with the rountine and not gwt too obsessed with the scales my blood pressure is creeping up so i want to lose some weight to hopefully get it down thats the plan anyway
