It looks like you may not be eating enough. Anything under about 1400 calories per day could send your body into starvation mode. Meaning that your body starts to store fat instead of shed it. If this is all you ate that day then you aren't eating often enough either. You should have 3 small meals and 2 snacks every day to keep your metabolism going. That in addition to regular exercise and LOTS of water should help you lose that weight in no time!
