Well I still have not lost any more weight. I went again to the gym today. Hmmm... I don't like plateaus. :)

117,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 12,7 kg. Aún para ir: 9,1 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

Wow! It's so hot over here I couldn't even think about going to the gym. I think it hit 106 degrees today. Good for you for going to work out! Keep up the good work!
