Even better, I went to an American Eagle store, tried on size 6 jeans, and they fit! I haven't worn size 6 since my senior year of high school. So even though I haven't reached my weight goal of 145, I have reached my clothing size goal, I'm back into a healthy BMI range for the first time in well over a decade, and I'm feeling absolutely great about having decided to start this low-carb lifestyle. I'm lovin' the new "littler" me, the more energetic me! And my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner!
My 40s are going to be so much better than my 30s. LOL
