I don't know what happened. I felt good all day about being close to 280 and then BLAM!!!! Woke up this morning did my weigh in and was bummed that I gained back what I lost yesterday back to the old drawing board. I think I know what the problem was, mama made some homemade enchiladas for dinner last night and as she made them she told me the amount of what she was using and what product as I logged it on here. I blame the damn sodium content for putting slightly over my RDI.
128,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 15,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
