Diario de clive_2305, 05 may. 24

Been a while since I last visited, I'm back.
Since I was here before, I have had a new knee put in, and let me tell you it was a long and slow painful rehab, which resulted in me tipping the scales at one time at 131kg.
Back at it now, and my weight dropped down to 123.5kg,but for some reason chose to stop walking and spend my evenings slothing in front of the TV sipping on beers and bourbons, nibbling on chips and dips.
Result, back to 125.6kg.
I have a wedding to attend in the UK in August, and this morning tried on the old births, deaths and marriages suit, lets just say it is a tad snug.
So here I am again, journaling my feelings and results as the lifestyle transformation commences.
Check in with you lot as I go, accountability is mine :)
