Diario de amyskids, 05 jun. 15

wooo hooo! Almost 2lbs gone in less than a week :-) I think zig zagging my calories is helping. I just started 3 days ago. Tues was 1488, Wed was 1488, yesterday was my lowest of 1388 and today I jump up to 1785 as my ultimate highest. Then I go back down to 1636 tomorrow, and 1488 on Sunday, and then I repeat the pattern until I drop 5lbs and then I recalculate :-)
66,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 5,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
